Art collectors are always wondering if they should have a separate insurance policy for their art. One thing we learned last night is that you should definitely protect an art piece that is worth over $100,000. Otherwise, insurance premiums are too costly to cover collections filled with individual pieces that are worth $5,000 to $90,000 each.
